Winter Solstice: Yin, Breath, and Connection
Sunday, December 21at 5:30 pm with Tori Lovegrove
Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon of yin, guided breathwork, intention setting, journaling, and heart-centered connection as we gather in the spirit of the Winter Solstice. Together, we’ll slow down, rest deeply, and make space for reflection, release, and renewal as we cross the threshold into the returning light.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meaningful conversation, you’ll be invited to honour what you’re ready to let go of, and to welcome the seeds of clarity, hope, and vision for the season ahead.
You’ll be guided through:
Yin Yoga to soften the body, quiet the mind, and open space for reflection
Guided Breathwork to clear stagnant energy and ground into presence
Journaling & Intention Setting to honour your personal harvest and set intentions for what’s next
Heart-Centered Connection to share warmth, insight, and support with our circle
What to Bring:
Please bring a journal and pen. You’re also welcome to bring anything that will keep you cozy—blanket, socks, or eye mask.
This gathering is for anyone craving stillness, connection, and renewal as we pause at the darkest night and prepare to step gently into the light of a new season.

108 Sun Salutations on January 1, 2026
Thursday, January 1 at 10:00 am with Nya Benefield
The number 108 carries deep significance in the yogic tradition, from meditation tools to philosophical writings. For us, on January 1st, it represents the number of sun salutations we will complete to welcome a new year.
We invite you to join us for a special offering honoring this opportunity to begin again, 108 times. Led by Nya Daley, this contemplative and invigorating workshop is designed to bring simplicity back to your practice as we mark a new season and a new year with one familiar thread: yoga in its simplest form.
This event is semi-led and should take around 2 hours to complete.
