The Yard 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
At The Yard, we study yoga the way we live it, through imagination, geometry, philosophy and play. This 200-hour journey is for anyone who wants to see themselves more clearly, teach with purpose and learn the systems behind why yoga works.
Over 10 intensive weekends, you’ll learn alignment that makes sense for real bodies, explore Taoist and Katonah theory, trace meridians through the fascia and build the kind of confidence that comes from curiosity, not performance.
Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is Yoga Alliance Certified.
Whether you want to teach or just take your practice off the mat and into your life, this training is about learning how to see, feel, and connect.
This isn’t just teacher training, it’s a recalibration.
Simple. Smart. Real.
Just like The Yard.
